Routing Squid Proxy traffic to attached USB LTE modem

http://www.embeddedpi.com/documentation/3g-4g-modems/raspberry-pi-sierra-wireless-mc7455-modem-raw-ip-qmi-interface-setup

I followed this tutorial and setup a Sierra Wireless Modem MC7455 on a raspberry pi running Debian. I successfully get a reply for the ping -I wwan0 8.8.8.8 so there is an active internet connection.

What am stuck on is I have this raspberry pi connected to the local network with internet access from my cable provider and I also have squid proxy running on the rpi. I want to connect to the public ip:port of my cable company internet and port forwarded to rpi and use the proxy server while using the internet of the LTE modem.

Simply put, route the proxy http requests coming in eth1 traffic to the wwan0 LTE modem.
