Touchpad window click and drag not working

0

I installed the gnome desktop on antergos base installation. Everything was basically working for a while but for some reason now I can't click and drag windows around.

The strange thing is, I can click and drag corners to resize them. But I can't click the title bar to move them.

When clicking the title bar of a window, a touchpad overlay appears with a cross symbol on it. I've attached a picture of what I mean.

I must have broken something in the config, but I don't know what. Any ideas?
