kernal version in uname differs from verion in rpm
in CentOS - the output of rpm -qa | grep -i kernel shows one version (3.10.XX) :
kernel-3.10.0-862.14.4.el7.x86_64
kernel-3.10.0-693.21.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-tools-3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-devel-3.10.0-862.14.4.el7.x86_64
kernel-3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64
kernel-tools-libs-3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-devel-3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-headers-3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-3.10.0-957.1.3.el7.x86_64
kernel-devel-3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64
kernel-devel-3.10.0-693.21.1.el7.x86_64
kernel-devel-3.10.0-957.1.3.el7.x86_64
kernel-3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
However the output of uname -mrs shows different version (4.18.XX)
Linux 4.18.16-x86_64-linode118 x86_64
does this make any sense ?
