Adding datetime column with seconds column using awk

0

I have a csv file like this below

DateTime Keywords CallDuration CallEndTime
2018-12-18 18:36:55 cars,petrol 120
2018-12-19 15:10:19 diesel 90
2018-12-17 15:10:19 bus 86

I want to add DateTime and CallDuration column and corresponding sum should be placed in CallEndTime column,

How can I do that using awk ?
