Analyze traffic between multiple ssh hops in a ssh chain

The test case is as follows:
(Host A) ---ssh---> (Host B) ---ssh---> (Host C)
When Host A connects to Host B, Host B transparently connects to Host C.
The test case is working well.
This architecture is made using chaining method, editing $HOME/.bashrc in Host B to auto connect to host C.
I am making a project where I need to execute some scripts based on the commands Host A execute on Host C.
My problem is how can I "sniff" the commands on Host B, executed by Host A on Host C. I want to capture all the commands on the fly on Host B and make some decisions based on the commands executed.
