Are you expecting people to guess instead of asking your actual provider? If you already know the problem is external, and people cannot authenticate what is the purpose of the question?

You're proxying to an upstream server, and that server started explicitly responding with Access-Reject packets instead of Access-Accept packets.
Debug this issue on the server you're forwarding the Access-Requests to, i.e. contact onelogin and ask them why they're rejecting your users.
i will contact but wondering why it works in daytime but after4:00AMstop working and again working after 6:00AM, i have checked onelogin policy i didn't find anything. i will keep you posted.
